I'm looking for any information about my grandfathers; John Miller came to the US from Scotland/Ireland I'm told. His son Ira built the Blacksmith shop/Mill at Ray, Ohio. Ira passed the Mill down to his son George Miller, who was married to Mae/May-?spelling Brown, and he sold the place to the Harper family. George's son Otto married Sylvia Idella Harper. Her father was Perry Allen Harper. He ran the blacksmith shop and farmed. Perry had a grape harbor that was started from a twig. This twig was given to him as a thank-you for a meal by a hobo he and his wife Ellie Dozier had fed. Perry's farm was located on the county Road that runs from Rt 327 at Ray, Ohio down to Leo, Ohio. The property was noted for it's caves and cliffs as well. Otto and Sylvia gave me my beloved father Marvin Lester Miller. He had a great uncle named Ben Miller. I believe this was a brother to Ira.
